- The contractor shall provide a Certified American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Board of Medical Physics (ABMP) Physicist at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) Radiation Oncology Department as needed basis. The Medical Physicist must have either Master Degree or Ph.D. All services will be performed on-site at the VAGLAHS in California. Medical Physicist Services include labor and equipment necessary for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control management. Proposal will be considered only from offerors who are regularly established in the business called for and who are financially responsible. The contract performance period will be for one year starting October 01, 2010 thru September 30, 2011 for a one year base period, plus four (4) one-year option periods. This solicitation is set aside to small business. The contract is subject to availability of funds. Applicable NAICS code is 621999 and the size standard is $10.0 Mil.
