- FAR SUBPART 13.5 TEST PROGRAM This action is being processed utilizing FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Offerors are not required to provide quotes for all CLINs in order to be considered responsive. The Government may issue multiple awards to acquire the items identified in this solicitation. Please see solicitation for the list of addresses, description of items, and requirements. The Government intends on issuing a delivery order to the offeror that represents the best value to the government. The evaluation factors in order of importance include: 1.Technically Acceptable2.Past Performance3.Price The Government is willing to accept items quoted both "Brand Name or Equal". The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics must be met in order for an "equal" item to be acceptable for award. Completely fill out (blocks #30a, through 30c) from the Solicitation (which is the Standard Form 1449) document. Return the signed document along with quote. It is the offeror's responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the government to determine acceptability of the offered items. Detailed specifications must be submitted for appropriate review prior to delivery order.
