- Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 18 Office requires multiple lodging facilities in Northern Arizona. Lodging facility should be within a 20 mile radius from the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System, Kingman Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) or Flagstaff Medical Center. Addresses for each location are: a.Northern Arizona VA Health Care System 500 North Highway 89 Prescott, AZ 86313 b.Kingman CBOC 1726 East Beverly Avenue Kingman, AZ 86409 c.Flagstaff Medical Center 1200 North Beaver Street Flagstaff, AZ 86001 The Contractor shall provide up to eight (8) double occupancy rooms in Prescott, Arizona, and/or three (3) double occupancy rooms in Kingman, Arizona, and/or three (3) double occupancy rooms in Flagstaff, Arizona to the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System per night; with a minimum of three (3) rooms handicap accessible for Prescott, and one (1) room handicap accessible for Flagstaff and Kingman. In the event that all contracted rooms are filled, the VA will be given the option of renting one (1) to five (5) additional rooms as needed. The base year shall be from September 1, 2010, or date of award to June August 31, 2011. An additional four (4) one year options will be available for renewal, to be exercised at the Government's discretion. This procurement is unrestricted for full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 721110 with a standard size of $7million. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 20, 2010.
