- Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport has a requirement for the following commercial supply items: Vertical Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Mill otherwise known as a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) and a Servo Rotary Table in accordance with PESK-7255 Rev. F. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial terms in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This requirement is for:CLIN 0001: Vertical Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Mill otherwise known as a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) in accordance with PESK-7255 Rev. F. Brand Name or Equal to Hass VS-3 Extra Large VMC - Quantity one (1) CLIN 0002: Servo Rotary Table in accordance with PESK-7255 Rev. F. Brand name or equal to Hass Model HRT-600 - Quantity one (1) CLIN 0003: Exchange value of existing Monarch VMC which shall be removed and retained by vendor per PESK-7255 Rev. F. - Quantity one (1) CLIN 0004: Operator Personnel Training. - Quantity one (1) CLIN 0005: Maintenance Personnel Training. - Quantity one (1) The procurement will result in a firm fixed-price contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-10-T-0197 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333513 and has a size standard of 500 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center, 610 Dowell Street, Bldg 893, Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. The entire solicitation is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closing date. The closing date of the solicitation is 20 Aug 2010 by 1:00 P.M., Pacific Savings Time unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. Offerors must be currently registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Drawings and Technical Information are available through FedBizOpps as an attachment to this solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov/. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
