- Statement of Work. Request for Quotation. The solicitation number is FH133M-10-RQ-1181. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. This action is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, for NAICS code 332439 with a xize standard of no more than 500 employees. See the attached RFQ for further details. The aluminum deck boxes are to be delivered NLT 01-Oct-2010 to the NOAA Ship Rainier at 1801 Fairview Ave. E., Seattle, WA 98201-3767. The provision at FAR 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions--Simplified Acquisitions (other than commercial items) (Jul 2010) applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price basis, to the lowest responsible Offeror. All quotes are to be accompanied by a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications (Feb2009). All responses are due to the person/address below by 3:00 PM PST on 18 August 2010. Responses may be mailed, faxed or emailed.
