- The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCommand (SPAWAR), in support of theNext Generation Enterprise Network(NGEN) Program, is seeking industrycomments regarding potentialmultiyear procurements. TheDepartment of the Navy (DON) isconsidering awarding two multiyearcontracts, one for Transport Services(TXS), and a second for EnterpriseServices (ES). Each proposed multiyearcontract would likely consist of a five-year base period of performance (PoP)with an option to obtain services for anadditional three years.
