- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Model 900T Open Resonator, Qty 1; 2) Model 200 Z-Axis Tester, Qty 1; 3) Model 015 Thin Dielectric Sheet Tester Setup, Qty 1; 4) 300C Courtney Resonator, Qty 1; 5) P-Band (12.4 - 18 GHz) Waveguide Setup, Qty 1; 6) Ka-Band (26.5 - 40 GHz) Waveguide Setup, Qty 1; 7) W-Band (75 - 110 GHz) Waveguide Setup, Qty 1; 8) Cavity Software (Windows XP) for Open Resonator, Z-axis Tester, Thin Sheet Tester and Courtney Resonator, Qty 1; 9) MU-EPSLN Software (Windows XP), QTY 1 10) Optional Laptop Computer, Qty 1; 11) Two Days on site Training, Qty 1; 12) Model 600T Open Resonator, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Damaskos Inc, 6 Dickinson Dr. STE 202, Chadds Ford, PA 19317-9689 as they have sole proprietary software (Cavity and Mu-EPSLN) that is specifically configured for all of the resonator types listed above. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
