- Proposals are sought for Janitorial Services on the Cle Elum Ranger District, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, Cle Elum, Washington. The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies (except government-furnished), services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform janitorial services for the Cle Elum Ranger District. The Contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contract will commence approximately October 1, 2010 and continue through September 30, 2011 with three additional option years. NAICS is 561720 and solicitation is set aside for 100% small business. Services are to be performed for the Cle Elum Ranger District, 803 W Second St., Cle Elum, WA 98922, consisting of the following: Main Office Building - approximately 6500 Square Feet of mixed carpet and tile. Conference Room - approximately 3100 Square Feet of mixed carpet and tile. House 1081 Building - approximately 650 Square Feet of mixed carpet and tile.
