- Magnitude of this project is 30K to 40K. Procurement is being conducted under full and open competition procedures. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5M. In addition the clause at 52.212-5; Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.232.33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration. PRICE SHALL INCLUDE FOB DESTINATION CHARGES. All offers should be faxed or emailed to the attention of Elizabeth Coleman-Aguilar, Contracting Officer, at 252-473-3379 or Elizabeth_Coleman-Aguilar@nps.gov. The due date for all quotes is NLT 30 August 2010 by 4:30 p.m. EST. Contact Elizabeth Coleman-Aguilar at 252-473-2111 ext. 129 or Elizabeth_Coleman-Aguilar@nps.gov for any additional information needed to quote on the above stated requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) website, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available. The Standard Form 18 is available at the website by clicking on the 'printer friendly form' link. The remainder of the solicitation (including all pertinent attachments) is available at the site by clicking on the link 'clauses and attachments,' which is located in the blue box near the middle of the screen. Bidders wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov.
