Description

The United States Geological Survey Western Earthquake Hazards Team intends to purchase the following items from Kinemetrics Inc: 2 each, DownHole Triaxial Force Balance Accelerometer Package (1,000 psi) with single +12VDC input power option * FSR +/-2g, Differential, 10V, Low Noise, Isolated Supply 2 each, Centering Spider Option with transient protection for ES-DH with orientation process 1 each, Mating Connector and Cable for ES-DH, including molding, 142m (465ft) 1 each, Mating Connector and Cable for ES-DH, including molding, 242m, (795ft) This procurement will be processed expeditiously as these replacement parts for a critical array are needed as soon as possible. Additionally, USGS has used Kinemetrics sensors throughout the array since 1993. A change in brand and model of sensors at this stage would require instrument corrections, amounting to an unreasonable burden. As such, this is not a solicitation for quotes.
