- THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING SET-ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESSES UNDER FAR 19.10 SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. The plans and specifications for this procurement are now available on www.fbo.gov; the response date is now 8 September 2010. All other details regarding the presolicitation notice remain the same. The work shall include, but is not limited to, mechanical dredging and disposition of the dredged materials placed from the Quincy Bay and Quincy Harbor areas.
