- Spec Sheet This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This notice is being posted as a Request for Quotations for Purchase Request F3RTCL0208A001. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business HUBZone businesses. The NAICS code for the requirement is 517410. The size standard for this NAICS code is $15M. CLIN 0001: Tri band outdoor block upconverter, Miteq model UPB-T/Q-ABC or equal supplied with options 10B Higher Freq Stability Refer. See attached spec sheet for detailed spec requirements. QTY: 2 EA CLIN 0002: Block converter power plug assembly(FCI Clipper series, CL1F1101 or equal, with 4 female contacts CM16SS10MQ or equal and sealing gland bachshell assembly CL101021 or equal.) QTY: 10 EA Offer/quote should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. Delivery is due 120 days after date of award. FOB point is Destination (Schriever AFB, CO 80912). The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: lowest price technically acceptable. Responding contractors shall include quotations and descriptive literature with their response to allow the government to make a complete evaluation and appraisal of the offering with respect to the requirements set forth in this combined synopsis solicitation.
