- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to purchase copier maintenance for Denver ARPC. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, vehicles, supervision, certifications, and other items and services necessary to perform on call service maintenance. Additionally, the contractor shall perform to the standards in-accordance-with this SOW. Also, all common areas shall be kept clean and free from safety hazards. Finally, any and all spills shall be cleaned in a timely manner. The required service is commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The service must also, meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) regulations and policies. North American Industrial Classification System Code 811212 and size standard of $25,000,000.00 applies. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on about 10 August 2010. No paper copies will be issued. Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423 and all offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. This requirement will be 100 % set-aside for Small Businesses. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
