- NSN 1560-00-829-9365, IQC: 10216009038; Item: Shroud Assembly, Gen. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available in cFolders. This procurement is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base year, O=Option Year). Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=5/ Minimum Order Quantity: B=5, O=5/ Maximum Contract Quantity: B=28, O=28/ Estimated annual quantity: B=15, O=15 (See solicitation for additional details). The technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. The Production requested delivery is 176days from delivery of Mylar Stable Base Drawings (30 days from contract award). FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This requirement is 1G, Open and Competitive after exclusion of offers based on 100% Small Business Set-A-Side. Only offers received from valid Small Business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package.
