- Performance Work Statement This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This notice is being posted as a Request for Quotations for Purchase Request F3R0D00195A001. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code for the requirement is 721214. The size standard for this NAICS code is $7M. CLIN 0001: 50 SW Retreat in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Offer/quote should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. Period of performance will be 27-29 August, 2010. FOB point is Destination. Place of Performance will be contractor's location. Acceptance will be made by the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: lowest price technically acceptable. Responding contractors shall include quotations and descriptive literature with their response to allow the government to make a complete evaluation and appraisal of the offering with respect to the requirements set forth in this combined synopsis solicitation. (End of clause) By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Any award resulting from this solicitation will include DFARS Clause 252.237-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Wide Area Workflow-Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF- RA) is the DoD system of choice for implementing this statutory requirement.
