- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This posting is for Request for Quote (RFQ) W912HN-10-T-0088. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses and is solicited under NAICS 238910. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $14 million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-43. Description of Requirement: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires services to remove two short (approximately 20 tall) antennas, one tall (approximately 120 tall) antenna, and two satellite dish antennas. Please see attached SF 18 for full scope of work and specifications. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be less than $25,000. Provisions and Clauses included with this Request for Quote are in the attached SF 18. Any answers provided during the site visit are not to be considered accurate and/or official. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. If the Offeror does not become registered in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (NLT due date/time of solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Any questions regarding this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing via fax or email to the point of contact below. Quotes are due no later than 3:30 PM Eastern Time, August 23, 2010.
