- The Oregon Army National Guard intends to Sole Source a Firm Fixed Price Contract on or about June 25, 2010 to Pacific Star Communications, Inc. for a 1 Year Service Plan for the Emergency Services Telephone Communications Program. Pacific Star Communications, Inc. is the primary emergency response communications system for the Military Support to Civilian Agencies program. This service plan must be able to integrate with this program and work with the sims card provided by Pacific Communications for this telecommunications system.
