- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY ISAVAILABLE ONLY TO ALL AMERICAN BROTHERS, LLC. UNDER CONTRACT NNJ09JA24C FOR THEREPLACEMENT OF STREET, PARKING LOT, AND SIDEWALK LIGHTS, AS AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICANRECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. NASA/JSC intends to issue modification 6 to Contract NNJ09JA24C, a firm fixed pricedcontract awarded to All American Brothers, LLC. under the Small Business Administration8(a) program, using the Partnership Agreement between NASA and the Small BusinessAdministration in accordance with FAR 19.8 and the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5). The purpose of the modification is to provide equitable adjustment for repairs toelectrical conduit and wiring, water lines and sprinkler lines, and for costs associatedwith hand-digging new holes to a depth of three feet for light pole foundations (piers)in order to avoid additional damage to the electrical conduit and wiring, water lines andsprinkler lines that sustained damage because the physical location of these itemsdiffered from their location as depicted on the contract drawings provided to thecontractor. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only.All questions and/or concerns must be submitted in writing to points of contact containedherein. An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note 'B'.
