- Past Performance Questionaire to be submitted on relevant projects of similar magnitude typically performed within the past three years. Draft Statement of Work NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION/RFP EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE RFP CLOSING DATE. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to demolish building 350. The contractor shall be responsible for the complete demolition and disposal of building 350. The building is approximately 220' x 70', 1 story, wood framed, metal sheeted, with asphalt shingled roof. Work includes demolition and disposal of structure, foundation, slab, concrete sidewalks/drives, and all interior utilities and fixtures. Project Magnitude is $250K - $500K This is a competitive best value source selection in which competing offerors past performance history will be evaluated on a basis approximately equal to cost or price consideration. Solicitation documents will be posted on or about 24 Aug 2010 with proposals due on or about 10 Sep 2010. The pre-proposal conference and site visit are tentatively scheduled for 31 Aug 2010 at 1000 hours. Information will be confirmed with the release of the solicitation.
