- The Oregon Army National Guard intends to Sole Source a Firm Fixed Price Contract on or about June 25, 2010 to Honeywell Aerospace-Ground Support Solutions for an Assembly, PC Board, Torque meter FLTS used by the Test and Measurement Diagnostic Equipment section of the Oregon Army Guards Oregon Surface Maintenance Shop in Clackamas OR. This is an electronic part of the flight line test set made by Honeywell for the CH47 Helicopter. There are no other manufacturers of this equipment or the associated parts.
