Description
Case Management System Statement of Work SF1449 Solicitation Document for Case Management System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) document incorporates those provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. The RFQ number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice is DJA10S000080. The Government anticipates a firm-fixed price award as a result of this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 and a size standard of $25.0M. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Description of Service: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' Office of Chief Counsel has a requirement for a case management tracking system (to include user licenses, training, and maintenance) as described in Section C of the attached solicitation package. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2011 plus four one-year options. An optional requirement/task may be exercised at a later date for importing and migrating legacy data. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Amanda Boshears at amanda.boshears@atf.gov and must reference the above solicitation number. All questions must be received by 5PM EDT on Thursday, August 12, 2010. Questions received after the stated time will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All quotations must be submitted via email in accordance with Section L.1 of the attached solicitation to Amanda Boshears at amanda.boshears@atf.gov or via facsimile to 202-648-9659, ATTN: Amanda M. Boshears. All quotations must be received by 5:00PM EDT on Monday, August 16, 2010. Quotations received after the stated time will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. All quotes shall include the following contractor administrative data: (1) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and; (2) Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS). By submission of a quotation, the quoter acknowledges the Government's requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
