- RECOVERY: KESWICK AREA RAIL TRAIL PAVING - Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to pave approximately 6.6 miles of two segments of Rail Trail complete with shoulder backing and striping. One 3-inch lift of hot asphalt concrete will be placed and compacted to a width of 8 feet over the entire lengths of the existing trail segments. Shoulder backing will be placed adjacent to the entire paved area as specified. A paved bicycle lane will be constructed adjacent to Iron Mountain Rd.
