- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a contract for refuse services at the US Government Moorings. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to provide services per the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. Contractor shall have a commercial waste collection permit from the City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. Downloading of the package will be available at either FedBizOpps.gov (https://www.fbo.gov/) and/or Army Single Face to Industry (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm). Offerors are responsible for checking the referenced pages for any update(s) to the Notice.
