- SOW RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and/or supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The government intends to acquire services using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service Conservation Biology Division located in Seattle, WA has a requirement for a contractor to provide services to identify current data sets and management objectives for salmon recovery reporting, research monitoring and evaluation programs throughout Oregon. The entire solicitation is attached. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541690 with a small business size standard of $7M. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The period of work for this contract will start from date of award and will continue through March 31, 2012. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication. Vendors responding to RFQ must submit technical proposal and documentation that demonstrate qualifications. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
