The following Solicitation Documents have been released and are available for download: Standard Form 1442 Solicitation Solicitation Cover Letter Technical Specifications Drawings Material Submittals Climatological Data The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks AFB, ND intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for project JFSD 200975A/B Add Exterior Corridor and Repair Hangar 603. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform the project in strict accordance with the Technical Specifications and Drawings. Project includes, but is not limited to the construction of an exterior corridor connecting a garage bay and the hangar bay, construction of an office area, and renovation of existing facilities. The magnitude of the resulting contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period will be one hundred forty-seven (147) days with a winter exclusion for work outside the building footprint. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 236210 with a size standard of $33.5M. This acquisition will be a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. This will be a Request for Proposal (RFP), Performance Price Tradeoff (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR 15 and the terms in the solicitation. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest price. Evaluation factors will be set forth in Sections L & M of the solicitation. No paper copies or CD-ROMS will be issued. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to visit this website frequently for any updates and/or amendments to all documents.
