- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives has a requirement for Maintenance Services for Pen-Link software. ATF utilizes Pen-Link software as an analysis tool to assist with investigations. Pen-Link, Ltd is the sole source provider of all Pen-Link software products. This software is proprietary data. Maintenance for Pen-Link products can only be purchased directly from Pen-Link. The ATF intends to inter into a contract for a 12 month period.
