- Revised Drawing FA102 Revised Drawing FA101 Amendment 03 Amendment 03 has been posted. Amendment 02 has been posted. Amendment 01 has been posted. The following Solicitation documents have been released and are available for download: Standard Form 1442 Solicitation Solicitation Cover Letter Technical Specifications Drawings Material Submittal Schedule Climatological Data The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to construct an exterior corridor connecting to a garage bay and hangar bay, construction of office area, and renovation of existing facilities in strict accordance with specification and drawings to complete JFSD200970A and JFD200970B, Add Exterior Corridor Hangar 601 and Repair Hangar 601. The project also contains security system infrastructure and all other support construction as required. The estimated construction period will be 147 days. A no work period of 1 Nov - 15 Apr shall apply to work outside the building footprint. Work outside the building footprint must be completed by 1 July in the year following contract award or coincide with completion of interior work, whichever comes last. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION/RFP EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE BID OPENING/RFP CLOSING DATE. This is a firm-fixed price contract. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236210, size standard $33,500,000. Solicitation for this requirement will be accomplished via a Request for Proposal. The solicitation number will be FA4659-10-R-0023. Award will be made based upon Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 15 and the terms in the solicitation. This will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The entire solicitation, including attachments, will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Web Site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The anticipated due date for proposals will be 30 calendar days after solicitation is posted on FedBizOpps. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and drawings. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, interested parties must review the website frequently for updates and amendments to any and all documents; and verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for proposals. Submission of electronic proposals from contractors will not be accepted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. No response to this notice is necessary and no Source List will be maintained by this office. Interested firms may register on the Interested Vendors List on this web site. All potential offerors must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Lack of registration in the CCR database and failure to obtain a DUNS number will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors must have active Online Representation and Certification (ORCA).
