Description
Synopsis: Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - PR# F1ATD40153A001 - 100% Small Business Set-Aside This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100713. NAICS is 541712 with a small business size standard of 500. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed within this combined synopsis/solicitation. Air Force District of Washington AFDW/PKM is seeking the WebInspect application security assessment tool. This software ensures web security by identifying vulnerabilities within the web application layer. WebInspect is used by the Air Force Medical Support Agency's Accreditation and Certification Engineers to validate that web applications/services are properly configured. This is a renewal for software license via 2009-2168.
