- Synopsis: Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - PR# F1ATD40153A001 - 100% Small Business Set-Aside This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). Air Force District of Washington AFDW/PKM is seeking the WebInspect application security assessment tool. This software ensures web security by identifying vulnerabilities within the web application layer. WebInspect is used by the Air Force Medical Support Agency's Accreditation and Certification Engineers to validate that web applications/services are properly configured. This is a renewal for software license via 2009-2168.
