- This contract is for the reclamation of the CURT FANNIN LANDSLIDE emergency project located in Prestonsburg, Floyd County, KY. The work under this contract will consist of: Furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, and services, unless otherwise specified, to stabilize and reclaim the unstable area. The work involves the removal of unstable landslide material, installation of surface drainage facilities, repair of asphalt driveway if needed, placement of a fence, and the final clean-up of the project site in a manner suitable to the Contracting Officers Representative (COR).The estimated cost range is $25,000.00 to $35,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition in 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5M. A PREBID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON 08/12/10 @ 1:00 PM. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE TO MEET AT: 161 Stumbo Sub-Division Road, located off Route 2555, near Prestonsburg, Floyd County, KY. Bids will be opened on August 19, 2010 @ 3:00 PM. An original hard copy of the completed and signed IFB along with completed Section K Reps and Certs and AML Contractor Information Form are due at the depository located at the OSM office, 1405 Greenup Avenue, Box 5, Ashland, KY 41101, on August 19, 2010 no later than 3:00 PM. Electronic and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov.
