Description
United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In miami, fl Star #: 9fl2253 The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space. The space should yield 11,236 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet in the Miami, FL The Government will require fifty-five (55) parking spaces of which 35 spaces should be secured. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of Miami: Delineated Area: North: NE 96 th Street South: NE 82 nd Street East: Biscayne Blvd. West: NE 2 nd Avenue The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Contiguous space on one floor is required. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space should not be located near schools, railroad tracks, in an industrial area, etc. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The overall dimensions of the space shall have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. If public transportation is available in the delineated area, the site offered must be on the public transportation route. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 23, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
