- Attachment - Wage Determination Solicitation This requirement is to build and install two Adirondack style picnic shelters at Osprey Landing river access site. The shelters will be built with natural log frame construction. This requirement will include shop drawings stamped by a Montana State Licensed Professional Engineer and approved by a Forest Service Engineer prior to the start of construction. Government Estimate: Less Then $25,000.00 Located at Osprey Landing River Access Site, milepost 8.7, Montana Highway 37.
