- This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside. The solicitation is for receiving, grocery distribution carts for use by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries in the following locations: Scott Commissary, Scott, IL; Cherry Point Commissary, Cherry Point MCAS, NC; Twentynine Palms Commissary, Twentynine Palms, CA; Miramar NAS Commissary, San Diego, CA; Fort Bliss Commissary, Fort Bliss, TX; Bolling Commissary, Bolling AFB, DC; Pearl Harbor Commissary, Pearl Harbor, HI and US Coast Guard Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, AK. However, for overseas stores, the Contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. The RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The SIC is 7290 and the NAICS code is 333924 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
