- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Environmental Studies prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR). The reference number for this effort is W912ES-10-R-0011. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Please refer to the attached documents for the applicable provisions and clauses as well as the scope of work. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARs) can be accessed on the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The solicitation is being issued using full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 541620 with a $7.0 million small business size standard. This requirement is for Environmental Studies Programs in support of civil works for the USACE Saint Paul District. Faxed or emailed quotes are not acceptable.
