- PR Request 0027528244, NSN: 1270-01-014-4003, Optical Instrument Cell Assembly. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract for 10 each. Approved source(s) are Lockheed Martin Corporation CAGE 04393 and Precision Specialty Corp, CAGE 8A549. Solicitation is Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Required delivery is 270 days ARO with Government First Article Testing and 120 Days ARO without First Article Testing. This NSN is a critical application item, Export Control, and Configuration Control and is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is September 23, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
