Description
NSN 3110-00-455-6188; Bearing, Roller, Needle; Purchase Request Number 0027200011. Configuration control item. Boeing Helicopters (CAGE 77272), Drawing 114RS214 revision M, Part Number 114RS214-5, ADCN 29 and ADCN 30 applies. Acceptable sources for this item are: Roller Bearing Co of America (CAGE 51588) and Industrial Tectonics Bearings (CAGE 06144). Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked item. IAW QAP RCM. Contractor First Article Testing, Certificate of Quality Compliance, and CDRL apply. First Article shall be conducted on 1 each sample. Export control item. Item is Critical Safety Item, critical application, and non-commercial. Requested delivery is 350 days with First Article waiver. Requested delivery without First Article waiver is 350 days to delivery and test first article; 30 days for Government evaluation; 350 days for production delivery for a total of 730 days. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 53 each. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be August 23, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
