- Solicitation number SPM4A5-10-R-1035, PR number 0024745356, NSN 5995-01-458-8266, for Wiring Harness. This is a sole source item, only one source cited in the Purchase Order Text (POT), Honeywell International, Inc (07187) P/N 5204409-29. These parts are used on the Hercules C-130 Aircraft and the SOF (AC-130H, MC-130-H,EC-130E, HC-130, & MC-130W Aircraft. This is a Critical Application Item. This RFP will be issued on an Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1),available from only a limited number of sources. RFP for a total quantity of 24 each with requested delivery 263 days after receipt of order (DARO)to stock at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, FOB at Destination. Adequate Data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. DSCR plans to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Wiring Harness. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 24 Aug 2010, with a closing date of 23 Sep 2010. Quantity variance is Plus 0%, Minus 0%. This is not a commercial item.
