- NSN 1560-01-135-8956, PR 0027162881; Item: Leading Edge, Aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available in cFolders. Approved Sources are Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE: 81755), Aerospace and Commercial (CAGE: 1XKR3), Nordham (CAGE: 29957) and Cyclone Aviation Services (CAGE: S5503). Any manufactures not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 15 each. No option is included. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control; Part Numbered Item. The technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. Government First Article Testing of 1 unit applies to this procurement. The First Article Unit requested delivery is 137 days from the delivery of Mylar Stable Base Drawings. The Production requested delivery is 137 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is an Unrestricted requirement, Other than Full and Open Competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. JCP certification required for award. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
