- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5110 intends to procure (Quantity: 34) 1U Rackmount 19 LCD displays; and (Quantity: 8) 20 LCD display, HD-15, DVI on a sole source basis from Neuro Logic Systems, INC. The consideration of a substitute or alternative hardware product is not an option for systems such as this which provide national intelligence mission support. Were such considerations possible, the development, testing and integration of alternative display units would incur significant additional cost and cause delays in deploying the upgraded units to the fleet. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. The closing date is 9:00AM EST on 18 August 2010.
