- This is a sole source announcement. No hard copy Request for Quotation willbe prepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Luna Technologies, Inc. The procurement is for an instrument to check fiber optic. 0001 2 kilometer device length w/3 millimeter for OBR/PR 4400 - 1 Each Direct procurement questions via e-mail and include the solicitation number concerning this advertisement to Cynthia Horriat at cynthia.horriat@navy.mil. All responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 1 business days from the date of this announcement and may be considered by the Government. Award will be made in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Parts 13 and 12 using commercial clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. The applicable NAICS Code is 333314. The business size standard: Number of employees: 500. Registration to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) is required for all vendors doing business with the DoD.
