- NOTICE OF INTENT -- Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue one sole source award for a firm fixed priced simplified acquisition procurement purchase order to University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, located in Boulder, CO under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). This order is to purchase the development of an automated data acquisition and processing system for CRREL's network of sea ice mass balance buoys.
