- Committal Shelter Roof and Skylight Repairs. Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to replace the existing roofing system and the skylight structure on the Committal Shelter Building at Black Hills National Cemetery in accordance with the project drawings and specifications provided. Award of this project will be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, available at www.VetBiz.gov, to be eligible for award. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 238160, Sz. Std.: $14 million, P&S: Z199.
