- THIS NOTICE IS A CORRECTION TO THE SPECIAL NOTICE PUBLISHED ON FBO ON JULY 29, 2010. That special notice re-advertised the solicitation notice for solicitation VA-241-10-RA-0417, Boiler Plant Modifications at the VA Medical Center, Providence, RI, Project Number 650-10-117 - THIS WAS AN ERROR. The correct notice is as follows: This notice is issued as 'information only'. The requirement for Boiler Plant Modifications at VA Medical Center, Providence, RI, Project Number 650-10-117, will no longer be funded with ARRA funding. This requirement will be re-solicited under the Providence VA Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC ) without any ARRA requirements. This opportunity is available only to the contractors holding a MATOC, which was competed and awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 15. A task order will be issued to the MATOC contractor offering the best value to the Government.
