- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a new requirement to remove the existing 80 ton Trane Chiller at USARC Barling and replace it with a new chiller. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0123 will be available on or about 10 Aug 2010. A SITE VISIT may be arranged by contacting Will Williams at 501-442-4476. Proposals are due 13 August 2010 at 2:30 pm (PST). This acquisition is urgent and compelling with unrestricted full and open competition. Performance period is 30 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment and performance bonds are required for this project and must be submitted within fifteen days after contract award. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0123 will be available on or about 10 Aug 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
