- Solicitation for W91GY0-10-R-0036, Air Traffic Control Training The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit potential contractors that can provide ICAA-approved training courses leading to ICAA licensing of IqAF ATC officers. Additionally, the successful contractor will provide ATC services at various IqAF bases IAW ICAO SARPs. Since the ATC services will be provided primarily for military operations, coordination may be required with the ICAA to establish waivers to ICAO criteria to ensure a successful military mission.
