- Pictures of the grade at LRAFB site. Little Rock AFB site plans. Wage Determination 2005-2033 Rev 10 Performance Work Statement (PWS) ALL offers must be submitted on the attached solicitation. Please fill-in blocks 12, 17a, 30a, b, c and line item pricing starting on page 3. Delivery method at Little Rock AFB (i.e. crane big enough to set the aircraft in place or a temporary road will need to be constructed in order for the aircraft to be set in place) must be submitted along with the solicitation. Delivery shall be on 20 Sept. 2010 and continue until assembly of the aircraft is complete. The delivery date is non-negotiable.
