- BSM PR 000027163845. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-121-1507, Valve Assy, Drain. This item is IAW Boeing Helicopter (77272) part number 114PS509-1, Transdigm Inc. (96124) part number 777300-1, and Eaton Aerospace LLC (97484) part number 2C1262. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 189 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is August 24, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about September 24, 2010.
