- DOL Wage Determinations OSHA SUPPLEMENT Drawings Specifications Solicitation package SF-1442 PROJECT NAME: Emergency Watershed Protection Program - Sheep Creek Dam Auxiliary Spillway Outlet Repair ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: $10,000.00 to $25,000.00 LOCATION: Grant County, North Dakota SUMMARY: This project is for the Repair of the Auxiliary Spillway Outlet at Sheep Creek Dam through the Emergency Watershed Protection Program in Grant County, North Dakota. Work is as detailed in the plans and specifications and includes: mobilization/demobilization; clearing & grubbing; seeding and mulching, 0.10 acre; common excavation, 950 CY. Prospective contractors must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. A DUNS number can be obtained by calling the Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-5711 or via the internet at http://www.dnb.com. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be completed at the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective contractors must complete the annual representative and certifications electronically via the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Registration can be completed at the ORCA web site at http://orca.bpn.gov. Awarding of contract is contingent upon receiving funding.
