- Description
- The work to be performed under this project consists of providing all labor,equipment, tools, and materials to improve State Road 607 from a two-lane highway to afour-lane divided highway between Saturn Drive and Texas Flat Road. The length of theproject is approximately four miles. The improvement will be accomplished by adding twoadditional lanes to the west of the existing two-lane roadway from Saturn Drive to thenorth security gate of Stennis Space Center and two additional lanes east of the existingroadway from the north security gate to Texas Flat Road. A thirty foot (30) depressedmedian without a barrier will be provided. The general location ofthe project is on StateRoad 607 in Hancock County, Mississippi.
