Description
P00002:The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the following scopes of work:1st Fl Room #108: Replace rusted out north wall exterior wall studs and track.3rd Fl Rooms #308 & 313: Replace gypsum board ceilings. Existing does not have integrity to be selectively cut & patched to support above ceiling HVAC & electrical work.\2nd & 3rd Fl Rooms #204,205,307,311 & 312: Replace existing substrate called out to be reused for new ceramic tile as the existing is deteriorated beyond re-use.Floors 1 through 4: Replace existing wood substrate along corridors and walls with gypsum board as the wood is a Code violation. Existing was shown on as-builts as gypsum board to be re-used.1st Fl Northwest corner chase walls: Box out existing non-Code compliant chase walls with 2 Hr. rated gypsum board.2nd Fl New Chase Floor Penetration: Box out new HVAC duct runs in a rated assembly to line up new wall with existing floor opening above.Floors 1 through 6: Modify existing elevator shaft walls to a 2 Hr. rating, as existing do not comply with Codes.Floors 1 through 6: Provide spray-on fire-proofing on existing structural members where it was either never applied, or spalled off.Floors 4 and 5: Rooms #404, 405, 504, & 506: Replace existing substrate called out to be reused for new ceramic tile as the existing is deteriorated beyond re-use.Floors 5 & 6: Replace existing wood substrate along corridors and walls with gypsum board as the wood is a Code violation. Existing was shown on as-builts as gypsum board to be re-used.Replace leaking water valves on 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Floors. Fire Sprinkler system modifications in 4th floor mechanical room (at fire dept request)Pure Water System isolation in 4th floor mechanical room (per Code 2300)4th floor fire sprinkler modifications for new ductworkHang unsupported conduits laying on top of ductwork in 4th floor mechanical roomReroute existing electrical and plumbing in 2nd & 3rd floor mechanical chases to accept new ductworkReroute proposed 2' sanitary line to avoid steel beam in Room 205Remove & reinstall light fixtures, security camera and associated conduit on the roof.Cutting & retreading conduits, installing new fittings and adding a pull-box for code compliance at chillers. Provide appropriate sized extrusions to enable the window system to be installed in the given space.Provide the drywall finish terminating at corner beads on the sides of the column covers, leaving the exterior face of the column enclosure open to the spandrel glass. Provide two (2) stainless steel biparting freight elevator doors in lieu of specified carbon steelProvide two (2) single section gates in lieu of a double gateProvide a steel angle at the platform nosing Provide six (6) 5' RGS conduits running down from load center 13 on the 4th floor to the DD#2 grade level.Provide coring in two groups of three (3); one group to breakers 4 through 15 and, one group to breakers 16 through 27. Runs should be to the east and west sides, respectively.Provide pull boxes per NEC NFPA 70, and pull boxes at the extreme terminations of the runs per NEMA 3R.Hangers, bushings, clamps, and pull-strings for all conduits, as well as firestopping and finishing around openings, and other Code required items.
