- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Contractor to provide mobile lithotripsy equipment and related technical personnel and support to and at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO), Fayetteville, Arkansas, in accordance with a monthly schedule to be mutually agreed upon between both parties. The equipment must be prepared to perform the first procedure of the day at 8:00am and continue to perform procedures until the VHSO's schedule for the day is completed. Requirement is 100% set aside for small business. Solicitation to be available on or about August 10, 2010. No electronic offers will be accepted. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be sumitted in writing via email (laura.watts@va.gov). Closing date for submission of proposals will be approximately 30 days following date of issue, 3:00pm.
